Stock moves

Move stock in seconds, not paperwork.

The quantity is capped by what stands on the shelf, so stock never goes negative.

Barcode and RFID scanning

Scan it once. Get it right.

Use the camera on any Android or iOS phone, or a rugged scanner. Every scan checks the item and the location before anything is booked.

The handheld rejects a wrong location code.
Read batch, serial number and best-before date in the same scan.
Several barcodes per part, so both supplier and own codes work.
RFID reads tags from up to 15 m, without opening the box.

Batch, expiry and serial numbers

Scan the batch, the date and the serial. Not just the item.

One barcode scan reads the batch number, the best-before date and the serial number exactly as the supplier printed them. No typing, no typos, and the WMS always knows how old your stock is and where every unit went.

Batch numbersScan the batch at goods-in instead of typing it. If a batch is recalled, see which customers got it and lock it on every shelf at once.
Expiry datesThe best-before date comes in with the scan. The WMS warns you 30 days before stock gets too old to sell, and picks the earliest date first.
Serial numbersEvery unit keeps its own serial, scanned at receiving and picking. Follow each part to the customer who got it, and see the parts that went into what you build.

Stock history and audit trail

Every stock transaction stays in History, with who did it, when and where. Any number can be explained.

Receipts, moves, picks and count differences are all logged.
Trace which customers got a given batch or serial number.
